Take My Picture!

Ezra enjoys being silly.  When he sees that I'm taking a picture of something with my phone, he often says "Take my picture!"  Then he'll make a silly face, wait until the picture is taken, and then ask "can I see it?"  Here is one of those silly pictures:

Judah's Birthday

Over Labor Day weekend, we had a weekend full of celebrating Judah.  We spent the weekend in Tennessee with Mamaw and Papaw.  We took Judah to an App State soccer game, where he got to go on the field post-game and meet players.  We got him an ice cream cake, and then on the way home we stopped at Olive Garden, his choice of restaurant.  Our 7-year old a great birthday!

Ezra's First Week

Ezra had a great first week of school last week.  His teachers sent these pictures of him working and playing at school.

Happy 7th Birthday to our middle child, Judah!

Judah has a heart of gold, always thoughtful and considering others.  He is an avid soccer player and watcher and enjoys playing with his siblings.  It's shaping up to be a great year for Judah; in addition to soccer starting this week, he just started piano lessons and joined chess club at school.
