Fathers Day Weekend

We spent Fathers Day weekend in Mountain City, TN with the kids' Mamaw and Papaw.  We had a great time playing outside, hiking, and relaxing!

Vacation - Part 2- Pennsylvania

We spent the second half of our vacation week in western Pennsylvania.  We mostly visited our friends, the Sanders family, in Pittsburgh, but also took a walk through our alma mater's campus.

Vacation - Part 1 - Ohio

We took a week-long family vacation last week.  We spent the first half of the week in Hocking Hills, Ohio, and the second half in western Pennsylvania visiting friends.

In Ohio, we rented a small cabin, relaxed, and did some hiking and shopping.  Here are some pictures from our time there.

Shade Garden

We spent much of Memorial Day weekend weeding and mulching our shade garden.  Eliana was a big help with the weeding.  Here are the before and after pictures of the garden:

San Francisco

In May, the two of us spent a week in San Francisco, leading a group of 10 students on a cultural and professional trip.  Below are some of the highlights.
