Little Grover #3

Like we did with Eliana and Judah, we recently took a picture of Ezra in a Grove City College shirt.  We submitted it to be featured in the alumni magazine's "Alumni Babies" section.

A couple weeks back, we went to Shaker Village when they held their yearly "Harvest Fest," a fall-themed festival.  It was quite warm, so it felt more like a summer festival, but we still had a fun time.

Birthday Week

Birthday Week is a big week for our family.  3 birthdays in one week.  Eliana usually feels a little left out, but still enjoyed getting lots of cake :-)

For Elizabeth's birthday she went out with her girlfriends to get sushi.  Then the five us celebrated at home with cake.

For Judah's birthday, he requested to attend an Asbury University soccer game.  He loved every minute, and they won 5-0.  We also went out for Mexican for lunch.

For my birthday (Jeff), we went to Red Robin and enjoyed homemade Jeni's ice cream for dessert.

Judah's First Day of School

Tuesday was Judah's first day of Kindergarten.  He had a great first day, and is excited to be a Kindergartner.  He is in the same school and has the same teachers as the past 2 years, but now he is one of the leaders in the classroom!

Birthday week continues in our family!  Happy Birthday to Elizabeth's dad, known of course to the kids as Papaw!

 

Happy 5th Birthday, Judah!

Happy Birthday to our precious Judah, who turns 5 today!  Judah starts Kindergarten on Tuesday, and can't wait to get started.  He loves to learn, and he made good progress this summer on learning to read and write.  He loves sports, both watching and playing.  He loved watching the Olympics, and enjoyed a broad range of the sporting events.  He'll play soccer this fall.  He loves being with other people, and is a joy to be with.  We love you Judah David!
