Snow Day With Daddy

The kids had a "snow" day from preschool yesterday.  I put snow in quotes, because the day off was actually due to the extremely cold temperatures.  So I took the morning off and set out on an adventure with them, finding fun things to do indoors.  We went out to breakfast, played in the kids area at Whole Foods, and walked around Aquarium Adventure.

Breakfast at First Watch.  Notice Monkey joined us, and that
Judah was too into his chocolate milk to look at the camera. :-)

Snow!

We had about a half foot of snow over the weekend, so the kids got out and played in it yesterday before the wave of sub-zero temperatures arrives.

Ballerina

Eliana started taking ballet classes at the beginning of the month.  She has few more weeks before a "mini-recital" for the parents in February.

Here are a couple pictures of our ballerina before her most recent class:

A Walk with Monkey

Eliana wanted to bring Monkey (by far, her favorite stuffed animal) on a walk recently. So how do you keep a 4-year old from dropping an animal onto the snowy/icy ground?

Christmas Leftovers

We've spent this week getting back into the regular routine, so we don't have a whole lot of new pictures.  So, here are some additional Christmas week pictures.  Enjoy!

The Nutcracker

We found a couple of pictures we missed in our Christmas Fun post a couple weeks back.  Eliana went to see "The Nutcracker" ballet in downtown Columbus with Elizabeth!  She loved her first theater experience, and is now especially excited to start ballet lessons this weekend!
