Outdoor Fun

We enjoyed Memorial Day weekend with 'Mamaw' and 'Papaw' Thompson. The weather this weekend was sunny and hot, so we thought it would be the perfect opportunity to break out Eliana's sand/water table & tiny inflatable pool for the first time. She loved both, as you can see!

Meeting Hosea

This past weekend, we traveled to Richmond, Virginia to meet our new nephew/cousin, Hosea! The rest of the Jones family was there as well, so it was a fun family reunion.

And of course Eliana was excited to see her baby cousin. She continually said "baby" when she saw him throughout the weekend.

We had a lot of fun during the weekend playing games, relaxing, eating well, and spending time by the James River:

The family also surprised us with a shower for our baby boy complete with games and an ice cream cake. We felt very blessed and are so excited to prepare for our little guy's arrival -- thank you, Jones family, for your thoughtfulness.

Little Grover

We recently took a picture of Eliana in her Grove City College shirt. We submitted it to be featured in the alumni magazine's "Alumni Babies" section.

Gardening

Eliana helped us plant some flowers and herbs last weekend.

As you might imagine, dirt was everywhere, including in her mouth.

Bunny

While Papaw Thompson was visiting last weekend, we went to a park as part of our Mother's Day fun.

Eliana enjoyed petting a man's pet bunny he had brought to the park.

Surprise Shower

Last week, Elizabeth received a surprise shower from her classmates! She was very surprised, had a lot of fun, and felt very loved.
